These terms govern your use of the Process & Data Diagnostic, a free online assessment provided by Irina Afanaseva. By using the tool, you accept the terms below.
What the tool is
The diagnostic is a structured questionnaire that produces a written interpretation of your responses. It is intended to help you identify potential improvement areas in your processes, data and decision loops — not to serve as an audit, a formal opinion, or a replacement for professional consulting.
What the tool is not
- It is not legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.
- It is not a certification, guarantee, or benchmark against any particular standard.
- It does not create a consulting engagement or any other advisory relationship until such a relationship is explicitly agreed in writing.
Use at your own risk
The results reflect a small number of self-reported answers and may not capture the full context of your organisation. Any decisions you take on the basis of the results remain your responsibility. The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Automated or bulk use requires prior written consent from Irina Afanaseva.
Intellectual property
The questionnaire, its interpretation logic, the visual design and the accompanying content are the intellectual property of Irina Afanaseva. You are welcome to share results with colleagues and to reference the tool publicly, but the underlying material may not be republished, resold, or embedded elsewhere without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irina Afanaseva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the tool — including, without limitation, any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL, with the last-updated date shown at the top of the page. Substantive changes will be flagged there.
