This page explains what data the Process & Data Diagnostic collects and why. The short version: the assessment is anonymous by default, no third-party trackers are loaded, and nothing personal is stored unless you explicitly submit it.
Who runs this tool
The tool is operated by Irina Afanaseva, an independent analytics and operations consultant. Questions about your data can be directed to irina@afanasev.com.
What is collected
The tool collects two kinds of data, both minimal:
- Anonymous assessment answers. When you finish the questionnaire, your answer values (yes / sometimes / no) are sent to our server to help improve the diagnostic over time. No name, email, IP address, or identifier is stored alongside them.
- Email — only if you submit it. The results page offers an optional field to email yourself a summary. If you fill it in, your address is used to deliver that email plus a single follow-up. It is not added to any newsletter, sold, or shared.
What is not collected
- No analytics cookies or third-party trackers.
- No advertising pixels.
- No user accounts and no login data.
- No cross-site tracking.
Third-party services used
- Booking widget. The /bookpage embeds a scheduling widget (currently Zoho Bookings) so you can pick a Discovery Session slot. Interacting with the widget is subject to the provider’s own privacy terms.
- Email delivery. When you request your results by email, delivery is handled by Resend. Your email address is shared with Resend for the sole purpose of sending that specific message.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs in the normal course of operating a web service.
Retention
Anonymous answer sets have no expiry — they contain no personal data. Emails you submit are retained for as long as it takes to send the report and the follow-up, and are then deleted from active systems. You can request removal at any time by writing to irina@afanasev.com.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data held about you, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because the assessment itself stores no personal data, most of these rights only meaningfully apply to any email you have voluntarily submitted.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the tool after such an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
